After owning Baby Sensory Loughborough for a couple of years I bought a second franchise within the WOW World Group, Mini Professors. I grew this using cross marketing through Baby Sensory Loughborough and social media.
The goal was to build the Mini Professors Franchise to over 50 Mini Professors a week/
I discovered that there was no marketing materials for Mini Professors as the founders were busy designing the programme and not interested in marketing it online. They had successfully driven their own franchise growth through word of mouth. I developed a series of posts for the topics x 80, FAQ's x 10, and many other useful posts for myself. Head office noticed that these were professional and asked me to work with their outsourced digital designers creating franchise wide posts for the whole network. This was the first recognition that I had a flair for design. These posts were also then available for my new team of franchisees as I grew the Programme Franchisor role.
I taught my team of franchisees how to use Canva, edit the posts I had designed, create their own and schedule them.
I was asked to produce a Mini Professors Parties Video for HO which you can view below.
I organised a Photo Shoot for Little Starts Gift Cards at one of my classes.
I've produced multiple series of posts for my Mini Professors Business and the whole franchise which could be resized for each channel.
I trained franchisees how to grow their own businesses by using paid adverts, recruited new franchisees through paid adverts in the Norfolk area and the East Midlands area for Mini Professors
This resulted in growing the Programme Franchisor role from zero to 5 franchisees and recruiting in the Norfolk area for better franchisees who were more suited to the role. When I left I had a total of 13 franchisees to manage, train and keep quality standards.
Although social media was only a small part of this role, it is the initial topic posts that I designed which caught Head Offices eye which then led onto other greater opportunities.
