The Community HeartBeat Charity
From the moment Julia started working with Community HeartBeat Charity she was driven in her brief; to design and produce social media posts that raise awareness of the organisation, its charity status and increase the number of followers on all platforms - with consistent, regular and scroll stopping social media posts. Julia is never afraid to push our team for more interesting, informative and newsworthy content to keep our social media current and fresh.
Julia has taken the lead away from myself as I was finding less and less time to manage the responsibility of our social media on top of my other duties. Julia showed a dedication to scheduling awesome posts, sometimes months in advance in only a few hours a week. Thus ensuring content drops on a consistent and regular basis.
It is a shame we did not have any budget for our social media team as Julia would be capable of much more, should such a budget become available for us we would see her continue her professional development and give her the opportunity to progress further in the charity communications arena.
A passionate individual that pushes for more and an asset…
Julia worked at Body Freedom International (BFI) in its infancy while it was on the ground preparing to launch. She was willing to put the work in pro-bono trusting that as a collective we would launch BFI into a thriving business. Julia was diligent, self-generative and passionate within her role of Social media manager. She was willing to put the work in with no questions asked to cause BFI to be successful.
Jooles took her role as social media manager seriously and took ownership and leadership, whereby her expertise shone through and led the way in this area of the business, creating freedom and ease within the social media sector. I could trust what she was doing and what she had to say and saw results. Having Jooles as part of my team in an infant business was both stress relieving and rewarding. She went over and beyond to satisfy her accountability and allow it to flourish, as well as created a space in my business whereby I did not have to feel solely responsible for. Jooles' communication was like no other and I could trust her attendance, performance and productivity. Jooles is the gold standard of employees for BFI and we are sad to see her go.
I have known Julia for many years, she is a professional committed person, with excellent communications skills and has the drive to succeed. Her commitment to the work she is working of is first class and any endeavours get her full attention. Julie is a driven person who can achieve anything she puts her mind to, as a mum she balances work and looking after the household really well.
Julia is also an instructor and her rowing is first class having competed in many events, her fitness puts me to shame, but this again shows the grit, determination and commitment. I would have no problem recommending Julia for any role she applies for.
