Welcome to Indigo PT by Jooles, where your goals become my mission! As a committed personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals transform their lives through fitness, I specialise in weight loss, strength training, endurance with a passion stemming from my own rowing, weights and Pilates journey . With 13 years of experience in the industry, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to reach their full potential and achieve lasting results.
My journey in the fitness industry began when I learnt to row and became a Level 2 Sliding seat Rowing Coach. Since then, I've had the joy of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners taking their first steps towards a healthier lifestyle to driven athletes striving for peak performance. Through continuous education and hands-on experience, I've developed my holistic approach to training that combines really getting to know the client, being on hand to answer questions, motivate, adapt and build the clients knowledge of how to training. Focusing on sleep, nutrition, attitude to training, goals, smaller milestones and really understand the clients body through posture analysis, current fitness levels, mobility analysis, strength and core.
I take pride in achieving my Level 3 Pilates Mat Certification, being on the British Rowing Coach Development Programme and what I've enabled my clients to achieve to date. Additionally, I am committed to staying at the forefront of fitness trends and techniques, regularly attending workshops & coaching cafes and pursuing certifications in Level 3 Reformer Pilates.
Outside of the gym, I am a Mum of two, love being in or on the water and I'm excited to share that I'm rowing the Atlantic in Dec 2025. Genealogy, Pilates and Rowing generally take up most of my times as well as being a qualified Team Manager for Swim England for my youngest who is an Artistic Swimmer. I believe in the importance of trust in a coaching relationship, the value of the client or athlete really being able to share the ups and downs in details allows you to react to an injury, make changes to the plan and tweak to accelerate them towards their goals much quicker than a ready made plan.
